  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry (if applicable) may require 3–5 business days of processing—we will notify you of any delays via email.

6. Address Changes & Cancellations

 
  • To change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us immediately at service@laykilshopllc.com. We can only accommodate changes or cancellations if the order has not been processed or shipped.
  • Once shipped, we cannot modify the address or cancel the order.
 

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

 
  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged package or product, contact us within 7 business days of delivery with photos of the damage and shipping box. We will arrange a replacement or refund (per our Return & Refund Policy).
  • Lost Packages: For domestic orders marked “in transit” for over 7 business days (Standard) or 3 business days (Expedited), or international orders marked “in transit” for over 21 business days (Standard) or 7 business days (Expedited), contact us to initiate a lost package claim. We will work with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
